Shipment No. 001 is where the ideas behind Savage Trading Co. begin to take physical form.

Our first shipment will be intentionally focused. Rather than releasing a large catalog of products, we are starting with a small number of carefully considered pieces that establish the company’s style, quality, and point of view.

The process began with the same object that inspired the brand: a subtle tropical shirt designed for people who appreciate the atmosphere of island style but do not necessarily want to wear bright, oversized prints.

We are exploring dark tonal patterns, comfortable materials, refined details, and a fit that feels relaxed without becoming shapeless. Every decision matters—from the artwork and fabric to the buttons, woven labels, packaging, and the way the shipment is presented when it arrives.

Shipment No. 001 is also about more than the product itself.

We want opening a package from Savage Trading Co. to feel like receiving cargo from a distant voyage. Each detail should contribute to the story: the manifest, the shipment number, the artwork, the accompanying notes, and the objects included inside.

That takes more time than placing a logo on an existing product, but we believe the difference will be worth it.

The first shipment will set the standard for everything that follows. It does not need to be the largest release. It needs to feel deliberate, memorable, and unmistakably Savage Trading Co.
